if you sell on shopify, we will sync tracking # to the correspond order in your store after shippment and the order statue will be fulfilled. so your customer can see the tracking info. As for email notification, you should add in your store admin.

We noticed that once we paid an order tracking is provided right away and we need to send it to the customer manually. Does interest print can fulfill the order in shopify and send the tracking to customers automatically ? or we need to do this manually? The checkbox on the orders I want to sync are missing.

Currently you can use this way to snyc your tracking number to your Shopify. Please kindly check the attach image. Just need to click your store name, then all of the orders which still haven't sync the tracking number yet will snyc to your Shopify automatically. You don't have to click the checkbox, just click the botton I show you in attachment, then you can sync all the tracking number which not yet snyced to your Shopify.
